Nervian Society's 5 tracks EP - Ducpétiauxlaan

  Nervian Society is D&D’s project surrounded by talented guests, they have founded the Spector Studio in Brussels where they record, mix and produce their own and others’ music. They perform their tracks in a hybrid and organic DJ Set.

  After “Mainloft”, a feel-good and catchy tribute to the disco era, Nervian Society comes now with Ducpétiauxlaan, a 5-tracks EP, including Mainloft and 4 other tracks exploring different corners of electronic music, along with 3 music-videos.

  Elegant Ride is a naïve and mystical track with a music-video made from Spector Studio’s courtyard surveillance camera showing men at work in a surreal atmosphere.

  She Was A Summer Day is a prehistorico-atmospheric track with some vocoded vocals and a rough triplet beat built around the old-school original Akai MPC-60, it comes with a Dolby Atmos version mixed at Sunny Side Studio in Anderlecht.

  “Mainloft” and “Lie To You” are electro-dance tracks featuring Mien Heyvaert on lead vocals. And “In Love With A Movie Star” is a retro electro-pop song with Flavia Clementi on vocals, the Music-Video shows her, along with D producing music in the studio and a fake group made up of the cream of Brussels hardcore punk (Instructor, Trap), a tribute to Madchester.
